Help make the "Place for the Base" and restore this Lodge for our Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Workers.

After literally years of searching in north Georgia, southern North Carolina, and Tennessee, we found the ideal location for the base on more than 100 acres! Unoccupied for three years, yet it is in excellent condition, but needs some renovation.

The existing Lodge holds tremendous potential and offers significant cost savings compared to starting from scratch.

While the property may be a bit overgrown, it remains structurally sound, offering substantial cost savings compared to embarking on new construction.

The decks require repair.

The site has a pool which needs renovation, but adds a Hydrotherapy component to the base.

The pool liner will be replaced with gunite and back filled to a depth of only 3 feet.
