100+ acres in North Georgia or Southern North Carolina, bordered by US Forest Service acreage. Why 100+ acres?
☒ Tranquility Base USA is an organization which will provide ongoing and increasing targeted PTSD/MINature-Based Therapy (NBT) for Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare workers in a natural setting. Bordering US Forest Service land ensures that the adjacent property development will never occur and disrupt the tranquil environment. Over 100 acres will allow controlled (organic architecture) growth without crowding the property.
